Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic: 3-7 business days after processing.

    • International: 10-21 business days after processing. (Note: International shipping times may vary due to customs delays.)

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The candle has not been used (not lit).

    • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, but we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply.
